There's new things with industrial funk from the Funk Police, what you may come to expect from A Place to Bury Strangers, a piece of beauty from No Ceremony and Bare Wires offer some garage punk rock. There's also some old stuff from prof duo Emerald Web who pre-date Ghostbox records with their vintage analogue and ethereal vocals, acid folk trio Wilcox, Sullivan, Wilcox and Trolls with their garage rock fuzz and electronic Joe Meek sound. There's plenty more too, but you'll just have to slip inside and listen.

If There Is Hell Below Podcast... Eccies on the Table

RSS feed

Scrap the BBC Three, Call Dr. Ruin-Yer-Life and Dr. Hazard; it's the If There Is Hell Below podcast and Rob & Callum have put the Eccies on the Table. There's psych rock wonderments from Birthgiving Toad and Vinyl Williams, the kind of garage rock you'd expect from Thee Oh Sees and the kind you wouldn't from The Strange Boys and King Khan. There's a new thing from Gonjasufi, a relic from revered composer and Serge Gainsborg chum Jean-Claude Vannier, something from Black Tambourines and the rest is too mind-blowing to type.

Thee Oh Sees - Dead Energy
The Black Tambourines - A Lot of Friends
Pujol - Mayday
The N.E.C - Creatures Flaming
Ric Menck - Perfect Day
Vinyl Williams - Inner Space
Birthgiving Toad - The Aforementioned Village
Jean-Claude Vannier - La Girafe Au Ballon
The King Khan Experience - Dr. Ruin-Yer-Life
The Strange Boys - Walking Two By Two
The Spits - My Mess
