Welcome to
our church, take a pew and heed the words of Father Rob and Brother Callum.
Punk was
good, great at points even and we take some time to discuss the current
over-celebration and rose-tinted nostalgia of the movement.
Music wise, there’s
a gospel-come-disco classic from The Joubert Singers, Cem G’s cosmic dub funk
house reworking of Curtis Mayfield, more of the wonderful same from Wild
Nothing, the 70s blue eyed soul smoothness of Levek, garage punk from Eagulls
and more besides.
