Rob Morgan and Callum Eckersley would live in Portland but we hear we eat too much meat to be granted the required indie permit. We play a track from the new M83 long-long player and ask whether the double-album requires too much commitment? We finally get round to hearing and loving the new Stepkids LP, there's something new from Grimes, something Beach Boys'y from Minks, a song from Bad Guys who will be bringing their metal riffs and punk rants to Lead Soup on 29th oct and some other delights. Take a listen innit.

There were two types of kids in the 90s: those that had Sky (Rob) and those that didn't (Callum). Rob gives Callum a little window into that illusive world via the wonder that was The Adventures of Pete & Pete. We have music from Charles Bradley and his superior version of a Nirvana song, a new track from Sic Alp, the melancholy beauty of A Grave with No Name, a track from Robert Cacciapaglia's Ann Steel Album, the Spacemen 3'esque Dead Luke, hip hop from Oddisee and more.

Callum and Rob have it, nothing but new stuff (give or take a few months) and stuff that could appeal to kids with those caps and that Supreme clothing. That's why we have something from the new Lindsey Buckingham album, cos it sounds like Atlas Sound and just to prove that, we have a new Atlas Sound track too. Wise Blood, Tennis System, Thee Oh Sees, RLMDL and more delights await.

Callum recounts the evening he came face to face with his musical demons and Rob plugs the upcoming Lead Soup with a dynamite song from Vision Fortune who play on sept 24th. There's also music from Wavves and Fucked Up, Health, Netherfriends and their Nilsson sampled psych pop record, Mo Kolours and more.

Rob and Callum return with the If There Is Hell Below podcast and face the grim reality that Is This It came out 10 years ago - it's enough to give Callum a stomach ulcer and go on an ill-informed post-rock rant with Rob. Music wise we have Simon & Garfunkel in Hebrew, brand new tracks from Race Horses and The Fantasies, a cut from 100 Akres Eddie Murphy beat tape, we dig into The People's Temple and question Kitteh Fur. All that and more... more than your deepest desires could ever reach.
